Barb Glass
Executive Director @College Sector Committee for Academic Upgrading
Barb's teaching career began in the (then) York Region Board of Education. In 1990, she relocated to North Bay and spent 23 years at Canadore College, teaching and coordinating adult upgrading and pre-apprenticeship programs. Subsequently, Barb moved to Conestoga College as Chair, Preparatory Programs, followed by a three-year tenure at Niagara College as Associate Dean, Access Programs. In 2016, Barb began her current position as Executive Director of the CSC.
Sandy Hennessey
Essential Skills Consultant @College Sector Committee for Adult Upgrading
Sandi has worked with the College Sector Committee for the last 13 years after working in adult training in the college system for 30+ years. She has used her training in Essential Skills research and development initiatives nationally, provincially, and regionally. This has included working with the CSC to lead the development of ES web applications which combine ES assessment with career research and online learning activity plans.
