ONLC Apprenticeship Webinar 3
The IBEW 353 and the Aboriginal Apprenticeship Board of Ontario have begun conversations about creating pathways for Ingenuous Community members to access training with the IBEW. The Alliance's purpose is to recruit, select, counsel and educate 309A Construction and Maintenance electrical apprentices and Network Cabling Specialists (NCS) within the Greater Toronto Area. Our area of responsibility is from Lake Ontario north to Parry Sound and from Trenton in the east to Oakville in the west.

The Program we offer has been developed to guide and support apprentices from application through to passing their Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) for Journeyperson status. As this apprenticeship is hours-based, the length of time it takes to complete the apprenticeship can vary between individuals. Generally speaking, the average time to complete the program is approximately 6 years.

This webinar will take you through how to navigate this process.
